Stride Financial LLC (“StrideFi,” “we,” “us”) is a consumer lender licensed under Chapter 516, Florida Statutes. This policy explains what information we collect when you use stridefi.io and our lending services, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. Financial companies choose how they share your personal information, and federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing.

Biometric Information
Identity verification includes a selfie used for liveness detection and comparison against your government ID. This biometric processing is performed by Plaid as our service provider. We do not use biometric data for any purpose other than identity verification and fraud prevention, and we do not sell it.
Data Retention
As a licensed lender we are required to retain application records, consumer reports used in credit decisions, adverse action notices, and loan documents for at least five (5) years under Florida Chapter 516 and applicable federal regulations. We retain personal information for as long as required by these obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
Security
We protect your information with measures that include encryption in transit, access controls restricting internal access to a need-to-know basis, and segregated storage of compliance records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage you to protect your account credentials.
Your Rights
