Terms of Service

Our loans are available only to Florida residents who are at least 18 years old, have a valid government-issued ID, a U.S. bank account in their own name, and verifiable income. We may decline any application in accordance with applicable law.

StrideFi offers personal installment loans of $2,000 to $10,000 under Florida Chapter 516. The terms of any loan — amount, APR, payment schedule, and fees — are stated exclusively in the Truth in Lending disclosure and promissory note you receive and e-sign before funding. If these Terms conflict with your signed loan documents, the loan documents control. Nothing on this site is a commitment to lend; all loans are subject to verification and credit approval.

By using our services you consent under the federal E-SIGN Act to receive disclosures, notices, and loan documents electronically and to sign documents electronically. You may withdraw this consent by contacting us, but doing so may prevent us from processing your application.

By submitting an application you authorize us to: (a) verify your identity, including document and biometric verification through our service providers; (b) connect to and retrieve information from your bank account through Plaid; (c) obtain consumer reports and scores about you for the purpose of extending credit, as permitted by the Fair Credit Reporting Act; and (d) screen your information against government sanctions lists as required by law.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that we reasonably believe are compromised or used fraudulently.

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information in an application
• Applying on behalf of another person or using another person’s identity or bank account
• Interfering with, probing, or disrupting the operation or security of the platform
• Using the services for any unlawful purpose

The site, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Stride Financial LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the site for its intended purpose.

Except as expressly stated in signed loan documents or required by law, the services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under TILA, ECOA, FCRA, Florida Chapter 516, or other laws that cannot be waived.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stride Financial LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and does not apply to your rights and our obligations under executed loan documents.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for any dispute arising from these Terms lies in the state or federal courts located in Florida. Disputes concerning a loan are governed by the dispute provisions of your signed loan documents.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance. Changes do not affect the terms of an already-executed loan.
