Applications and general questions
Anything about applying, your eligibility, or how the product works.
An existing loan, a payment, or a payoff quote
Payments, due dates, autopay, or a payoff figure. If a payment is going to be late, contact us before the due date rather than after — a delinquency charge cannot be assessed until a payment is 12 days in default, so there is time to sort it out.
Credit reporting disputes
If you believe something we reported about you is inaccurate, write to us and we will investigate. You may also dispute directly with the consumer reporting agency — both routes are your right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Privacy requests
Questions about what we hold, how it is used, or a request relating to your data.
Complaints
Tell us first and we will try to fix it. If we do not, the licensing page lists the regulators you can escalate to — that costs nothing and does not affect your loan.
Two things we will never do
We will never ask you to pay a fee before your loan is funded. There is no application fee and no origination fee, so anyone requesting an upfront payment in our name is not us.
We will never ask for your full Social Security number, your online banking password, or a gift card by email, text, or phone. Bank verification happens inside the application through Plaid, and we never see or hold your banking credentials. If you receive a message claiming otherwise, forward it to compliance@stridefi.io.
